Liz Morgan, NTP, RWP, RYT, MA, JD

Hello! I am a Functional Nutritional Therapist which means I guide my clients through the process of understanding what's not working right in their bodies, how their symptoms relate to specific dysfunctions, and I support them as they learn how to care for themselves so that the body has an opportunity to heal.
We use food, supplements, hydration, stress reduction, toxicity reduction, food journal analysis, and my own special mindfulness technique to bring focus to your specific needs. We also use laboratory testing and functional analysis of lab results to get a full picture.

I studied foundational nutrition at the Nutritional Therapy Association (NTA). The NTA focuses on teaching how to analyze the systems and symptoms of the body and designing recommendations based around supporting foundational imbalances in the body systems and organs.
I also studied at Restorative Wellness Solutions (RWS) where I learned to analyze my clients' laboratory test results from a functional nutrition, root cause perspective. Lab tests help me better understand the underlying imbalances causing symptoms for my clients.
I am Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP), a yoga teacher (RYT) and a Restorative Wellness Solutions Practitioner (RWP). I also have a Masters degree in environmental law and policy (MA) with a focus on sustainable food systems and global food security. I also hold a juris doctorate degree (JD) with a focus on public interest law environmental, both from Vermont Law School.

At Colgate University I majored in Native American Studies where I studied the ways that ancient civilizations across this continent, and across the globe, organized societies, and how they fed themselves in prehistoric times.

I went on to author a Falcon Guidebook, Foraging the Rocky Mountains, where I discuss native and introduced, wild and naturalized plant foods of the Rocky Mountain region.

My mission in life is to help people understand what food will create optimal health and how to take care of themselves to feel happy, healthy, vibrant and to get the best experience they can out of this amazing earth-bound life.

Food is our source of life. Food is our connection to the Earth. And Sun. And water cycles. And pollinators. Wholesome, nourishing food is our way of letting our Future Selves know we cared. It's how we set ourselves up for success in the future. By being nourished, rested and healthy.
