Public Speaking

I love doing talks, workshops and Q&A sessions for yoga studios, law firms, community groups and businesses. If you want your members, executives and staff to gain perspective about what it takes to be healthy, happy and productive in this nutty world - let's get a date on the schedule!

1. Exhaustion: Why is everyone so exhausted all the time? Discuss root causes of exhaustion and how to overcome them. Based on my e-book  on the root causes of exhaustion which is available on my website.

2. Sugar cravings: Are sugar cravings taking the place of real nourishment, causing you to be stressed out and malnourished? Let's discuss the stress-sugar connection, what causes sugar cravings, and how to kick the sugar gremlin using real food and needed nutrients.

3. Functional Lab Tests: You’ve tried therapeutic diets and nothing seems to work to balance weight or deal with your health issues. This discussion will help you know if you need a functional deep dive and analysis of your comprehensive blood panels, stool digestive health tests, and food sensitivities. Use functional lab testing to better understand the root causes of your health issues and how to aid the body in finding balance.

4. Analyzing symptoms: learn to read the language of your body and gain tools to address your body’s needs. Dark circles under the eyes, wake up stiff in the morning, tired in the afternoon, stubborn belly fat. Learn what these symptoms might be trying to tell you about what your body needs.

5. "Make Life Easier Diet" - The basics of a healing, therapeutic diet designed to make life easier on your future self. Cut through the fads and the noise and learn to design the right diet for your body’s actual needs. This is an in-person ntroduction to my soon to be released e-course.
