Over 55 Individual Markers

Clients will receive our in-depth, functional analysis of your results. We will go over our analysis with you and teach you all about what your blood results mean and how they relate to your health challenges and symptoms. We look for early signs of imbalances and use tighter, functional ranges in analyzing your patterns and tendencies. Clients will gain life-long tools to understand their blood test results and how to use diet, supplements and lifestyle adjustments to maintain optimal balance.

Digestive

GI MAP Stool Test

The comprehensive stool test provides an important profile for identifying imbalances in digestive function. It tells us what food you are digesting and what food is making its way through without being digested. From this information, we can learn exactly what digestive organs and functions we need to support. This test also identifies intestinal microflora profiles, and bacteria, parasites and yeast levels and species to identify the presence of both beneficial flora and pathogenic imbalances in your micro biome. We also test all pathogenic invaders for susceptibility against prescription and natural agents to find out exactly what strategies to utilize to bring balance back into you digestive tract. An at home test kit will be mailed directly to you. You will conduct the stool collection for 1 day in the privacy of your own home and then send it into the lab for analysis. Learn more about the GI MAP test here.

Food Sensitivity

Mediator Release Testing

The MRT Food Sensitivity Test is a leader in food sensitivity testing accuracy. The patented Mediator Release Test analyzes 170 foods and additives to determine what is causing inflammation and preventing healing.  The MRT tests each individual item for immune system reactions in the form of inflammatory and proalgesic mediator release from white blood cells. The release of mediators (cytokines, histamine, leukotrienes, and prostaglandins) from white blood cells (neutrophils, monocytes, eosinophils and lymphocytes) triggers your symptoms. Wouldn't it be great if you didn't have to suffer any longer?. The MRT Measures volumentric change caused by mediator release in reacting cells. A blood draw kit will be mailed to you. You will need to go into a local blood draw facility (most hospitals can do it), and mail the kit into the lab the same day. Learn more about the MRT Test here.

Stress testing

Adrenal Stress Hormones & Circadian Rhythm

Stress is the new normal yet it can have serious consequences on our ability to function optimally. If stress has taken a toll on you, it can be helpful to test your adrenal stress hormones to understand your cortisol and DHEA patterns. Stressors that disrupt your adrenal function can include poor quality or too little sleep, poor habits around sleep, chronic inflammation, blood sugar dysregulation, malnourishment, and so much more.  This test measures the cortisol awakening response, daily cortisol levels, and DHEA to look at the health of the adrenal gland and the entire system that responds to those stressors. The cortisol and DHEA that we measure are an end-result of a carefully orchestrated stress response involving the HPA axis.  We use either a saliva or a urine test to measure hormones flections at specific times during the day.  The test will be sent to you for collection in the privacy of your own home. You will then mail the kit directly back to the lab.

Sugar Handling

Blood Glucose Testing

Learn to test your own blood glucose levels upon waking and throughout the day. Blood glucose testing in NOT just for diabetics. Many of us suffer the effects of high blood sugar, blood sugar swings and insulin resistance decades before a diabetes diagnosis. Our strategy for testing will change how you think about your sugar handling systems, your food intake and will be incredibly enlightening as you work to balance your systems and symptoms.
